I've spent over six years in technology recruitment, including a year at Meta hiring machine learning and data engineers. That year taught me what a genuinely high bar looks like, how the best technical teams actually assess people, and why so many good candidates get filtered out for reasons that have nothing to do with their ability.
Alongside that, I spent time leading new business across ESG, food and agriculture, working closely with the companies and leaders tackling these problems commercially. That is where the interest turned into something I wanted to build a business around.
